One of the services we provide is helping you design your part with CAD tools. We'll work with you to understand what your part needs are and what specifications must be met.

Why rotomolding instead of other molding techniques?
Click here to learn about the benefits of rotomolding.

What products can be rotationally molded?
Lots! Tanks, kayaks, signs, point of purchase display items, frames, cases, furniture, carts, dispensers, park equipment — the possibilities are unlimited!

What materials are used?
Different types of plastic, including polyethylene, PVC, nylon, polypropylene and plastisols.

How long will it take to complete my products?
On average, it takes about 6-8 weeks to build the initial mold, 1 week to review the samples and 2 weeks to complete the parts. If we are producing parts from an existing mold, the process is much quicker.

What is the typical production rate?
You can assume one part per hour per mold. Of course, this varies depending on the products being molded.

Will plastic be durable enough?
Absolutely. In fact, plastic offers several advantages over metal. Click here to learn more about them.
