Custom Roto-Mold Completes New Manufacturing Facility

Custom Roto-Mold, Incorporated is in full production at its new state-of-the-art facility in Benson, Minnesota. Custom Roto-Mold opened its 65,000 square foot roto-molding facility in November of 2000 and now has its planned equipment and staffing in place.

Running new Ferry roto-molding machines including RS-550 and RS-430 models provide Custom Roto-Mold with the ability to mold extremely large parts, even up to 16 feet. Combined with multiple Ferry RS-280s and a dedicated machine for research and development, Custom Roto-Mold services local roto-molding needs as well as major international customers.

Corey Claussen, Custom Roto-Mold’s Vice-President, is pleased with how well the plans turned into reality. “We intend to be a major player in the roto-molding market” Claussen stated at the recent facility dedication. “Our intent is to add value for our customers in all we do from concept, design, and processes down to delivered product.”
